Sett bättre dagar men sköter väl sin funktion

Det här motellet är fullt acceptabelt på ett basalt sätt och ger sig inte ut för att vara något annat. Det ligger väldigt bekvämt alldeles vid gränsen längs E6 på infarten till en stor ställplats för långtradare och en handelsplats. Kontakt, info och incheckning smidigt via sms, motellet i princip obemannat. Saknar hiss och det yttre är slitet. Ljudisolering bra, bred terrass med små sittplatser för varje rum utanför åtminstone på framsidan. Rummet har det nödvändigaste som tv och vattenkokare men inte hårtork. Det har en stort kyl och frys: närheten till svenska storhandelsplatser förklarar det. I övrigt pizza och kebabhaket i fastigheten var bra välskött och trevligt.

Dåligt städat, låg skräp kvar efter andra. Klibbigt badrumsgolv. Frukost skulle serveras 08:00. Vid incheckning sa personal att den skulle bli vid 08:30. På morgonen vid 08:30 är det släckt och låst till restaurangen. 08:45 sladdar det in en från personalen med sitt barn i bilen och säger att frukosten är klar om 5 min. Förklaringen var att han hade ett svår väckt barn som var uppe sent kvällen innan.

Bra överlag gällande frukost finns det mer att öns

Helhetsintrycket av vistelsen är över medel. Rent och snyggt, ett jätte fint och rymligt badrum. Ett trevligt rum med bra sängar och ett stort kylskåp med frys är ett extra plus. På minus sidan är frukosten, det finns lite att välja på och förskivat torrt bröd. Fanns inte vatten att tillgå utan fick själv gå bak disken och hämta. Finns inte bestick att ta pålägg med. Där är inte personal hela tiden i frukostmatsalen utan dessa försvinner ut för att röka och städa? Lite dubbla budskap vid incheckning, där står på dörren till receptionen skulle vara öppen mellan 14-19 samt att man skulle få en kod skickad till sig via ett mejl innan ankomst ( då tolkade jag det så att jag inte behövde höra av mig innan för att få kod då jag skulle komma då receptionen var öppen). När vi kom fram fanns det ingen personal i receptionen och vi fick då ringa ett nummer som stod på dörren. Efter 5 min kom en man i bil och öppnade och gav oss kod till rummet och hälsade välkomna.

My worst hotel experience ever

I had booked this for me and my 11 yo daughter. The first room we got was full of small drain flies, both flying around and lying dead on the floor. We called the contact number (there was no one onsite to help) and were given the room next door instead. We changed rooms and went to bed. I was woken up by the sound of the door code being used for our door and the door opening. This is a motel, so there is no hallway, outside the door is really outside. And outside stood two men claiming to have booked the room. I won't go in to a description of them, but suffice to say that I did not feel safe at all, lying in bed in my underwear with my child beside me with these strangers having full access to our room. I had to get out of bed to close the door in their faces as they refused to go. I called the contact number, and they apologised, but there was no way we were going to go back to sleep again. We left straight away. The day after I expected to be met with a minimum of customer service and to get at least a partial refund, but instead I was basically called a liar, with the hotel saying that I must have not closed the door properly (which was to the outside, so of course I had) since other people could gain access. It is one thing to go through such a horrible experience, it is quite another to be met with that attitude afterwards. They got to keep their money which was all that mattered to them! I would not stay here again even if I was paid to do so. Horrible experience.
