"My family stayed here two nights. It is a beautiful hotel! The room was spacious with a deep bathtub and well appointed. They have a breakfast buffet available that was very nice. The second floor also features an onsen, which we didnt get to try. I have 3 large tattoos but they also had tattoo stickers, my tattoos are just very big. It didnt matter to me, we had so much fun! "Love the views from the room, onsen, resting area with the sense of glamorous old school Japanese style. Well thoughts for stayer with great hotel’s massage with reasonable price, country side vibe onsen, free ramen from 10pm (unsure if applies to all). I am not going to think of other stays in Hakodate, but here!"

"Wonderful ryokan hotel with great breakfast and kaiseki dinners. 5 of us stayed two nights in a comfortable big tatami room. We called in advance and they were able to accommodate one vegan kaiseki dinner for one of us. The Onsen furo was wonderful with few big tubs / semi outdoor tubs. Staff were very nice and friendly. "Our 3-night stay at Bourou Noguchi was superb. The western breakfast was one of our favorite ryokan breakfasts, and the dinner, bath, and room all exceeded expectations. Great all around, we'll certainly be back."
