おもてなしの心に感謝です

とても満足です。施設は年月を感じる部分がありますが、とても丁寧で、素晴らしい気遣いを感じました。部屋のみでの予約でしたが、トースト、卵、コーヒーの朝食サービスがありました。コーヒーは老舗の美鈴コーヒーがセルフサービスで自由に飲めました。アメニティは部屋には必要最小限のものしかありませんが、石けん、ひげ剃り、ブラシはフロントでセルフでピックアップでした。環境への配慮かと思います。宿泊客が帰ってくると、フロントスタッフがエレベーターのボタンを押すなどちょっとしたおもてなしが嬉しかったです。

スタッフの人の対応はいいのですが。

初め和室を選びましたが、しばらく？使ってない部屋だったのか入ったら埃と冷蔵庫はカビでした。 フロントの人に掃除機とウェットティッシュを貸してほしいと申し出たら掃除の人が来てくれましたが、トイレも水漏れしていて結局ツインのお部屋へ。 しかし、数カ所あるコンセントも1箇所しか使えず3人携帯を使ってるこちら側としては不便でした。 金額も少し安くしてもらったし、スタッフの方の対応はとても良かったです。 今回は、五稜郭の桜を見ることをメインにホテル選びにしましたが、次にホテル選びをするならば違うところにします。
