"I booked 1 week before arrival for a Queen Size Bed, when arrived, they only left twin bed. I stayed for 2 days. Seems like I’m not an important customer as I book through hotel.com and not through their website. "

"Reception staff very friendly, always with a big smile and helpful. Very clean and spacious. Only setback is you have to go to the 6th floor to collect your hairdryer and flask in order to have hot water for making drinks. Bring own shampoo coz they supply bath foam only."

"Being on a unesco world heritage site, I loved their use of Old colonial furniture and fixtures. Staff were great. Very friendly. Great breakfast. Right in the middle of old town Georgetown. Close to the free CAT shuttle bus. The Red Village market a perfect place for great reasonably priced dinner. Would stay there again"
