"The main part of the hotel was stunning. The room I was in & the grounds needs a little TLC and. But overall comfortable night. The lates and resivour was lovely to walk around and spot local wildlife etc. "

We got into the room and the TV wasn’t working properly, staff did come to try fix it then the maintenance man. He couldn’t fix it so said he would speak to reception and ask for us to be moved, we waited an hour then went to reception the message had not been passed on. "Far too much noice for the room next door, children banging and crying, people shouting, loud music. Definitely no good if you want to rest."

"Room was newly renovated and very spacious. Gym and pool were excellent, best gym I’ve ever seen as a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we slept awfully, the hotel/room above us was so noisy. All we could hear all evening and through the night was the tv, banging and snoring. "

"In our Family Room, the bedsettee mattress was about 4 inches/10cm lower at the shoulders than the lower part of the mattress. Had to use all the towels to try to level it out a little otherwise their head was far too low!!"
