"The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. They were well worth the hikes up the hill. The staff were so helpful and professional. The front desk staff were so friendly and aided in some suggestions on todo. They also were very gracious in offering rides back up to your room if you didn’t want to walk. "Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Very nice staff. Great to be able to walk to town/restaurants. Easy parking. Adequate kitchen. Good launch pad for the many pretty corners of the Coromandel. My only issue was with the amount of light that got through all the curtains. I like dark. Dark was not an option."

"Clean room, close to wharf, restaurants & bars. Could not use coffee provided in room as it seemed to have been expired which we could not use however great coffee shops in the vicinity. Hand basin in the bathroom is quite low & the vanity cupboard protrudes over it.... inconvenient especially for tall people. Room did not have air conditioning but great fans were provided. Basement parking is very safe but not suitable for a lowered car but can park on the street however it is not secure. "
