スタッフの方々のとても丁寧なカスタマーサービスにホテル到着時から感動しまた。 建物全体は多少古さを感じられる部分はありますが清潔でお部屋も清掃が行き届いており快適に過ごすことができました。 温泉は露天、屋内とあり風呂のタイプも何種類かあり楽しめました。 シャトルバスで行く足湯も萩の夜景を見ながら楽しむことができ良い体験になりました。 レストランでの夕食も美味しく十分な量で満足しました。 また機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。

宿泊は2回目です。前回同様に食事やお風呂については非常に満足しました。唯一難点を言わせて頂ければ，公共交通機関を利用してのアクセスが非常に不便なことです。そのため，萩市内を観光するには少し難があります。 ただ，このホテル自体は非常に気に入っていますので，機会があればまた利用したいです。

大箱の従来型の温泉旅館、お風呂は露天風呂を服も数種類の浴槽を備え十分満足できるものだったが、料理が納得がいかない、あわび、和牛、フグと名前だけ高級食材を使えばよいというものではない、刺身の鮮度、肉の硬さ、鮑のハリといった食材の質の決めてとなる部分が全くない、設備もいわゆる高度成長期に建設された大規模旅館というファシリティで改装の余地は多くあると感じた 5万以上支払ったのでコストパフォーマンスは最悪でした
