We were only staying for 2 1/2 days so didn't get a chance to properly explore the town. We had a hire car which was handy to get in and out of Reykjavik.

Blackout curtains didn’t work and rude staff
"Staff was a little rude, cold, and stand off ish. Breakfast was okay, seemed disorganized. The deadbolt on the bedroom door didn’t work and the door didn’t seal well so it let in some hallway noise. The blackout curtains they had were insufficient and it was still fairly bright in the room"

"There was a little noise during the night from neighboring cabins. The rooms itself was so quaint with bunk beds and a loft. The breakfast and restaurant were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Amazing location, right by Main Street. So many restaurants and shops. Room spacious, with dishes and kitchen, breakfast was diverse. Drains in bathrooms smelled like rotting organic matter, need cleaning. Would stay here again."
