"Everything was good"

"Idk if its just bad luck but the only thing my son wanted was to go swimming in the pool. The pool was supposedly closed since November 2025 and being fixed. But we were not aware of this while booking through Expedia."

"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room felt very outdated, and the carpet was visibly dirty with numerous stains. Additionally, there was noticeable damage in the bathroom, including a missing chunk of tile. The photos online made the hotel appear much more updated and well-maintained than what we experienced in person. On our second night, the room directly across from us (Room 406 and the fourth floor lobby by the elevators) hosted a very loud party that continued well past 11:00 PM. I initially attempted to contact the front desk using the room phone, but it was not functioning. I then called from my personal phone, but the call was disconnected. I ultimately went to the front desk in person to file a noise complaint; however, no action appeared to be taken, and the disturbance continued until approximately 3:00 AM. Staff were friendly, but the condition of the room and the lack of response to a significant noise issue made for a frustrating experience."

"First thing, the property was nothing like it was depicted on line. It was further from Manhattan than I anticipated. Although the lobby area had apparently been upgraded, other areas needed to be addressed. The dining area seats were stained, the walls in my room had obvious signs of wall damage and were improperly repaired. There were 3 small square patches of matching wall paper to apparently conceal holes from a removed picture as well as a 3 foot square of replacement wallpaper covering another apparent damaged part of the wall. The security latch on my room door was useless because the door was able to be opened while the latch was in place and it was obvious that it had been like that for some time due to the scratch marks it caused on the door. The AC/Heating unit made a continuous dripping noise throughout the night. The rooms don't have microwaves. I really don't think it was worth the $221.00 I was charged for a one night stay. The free breakfast was very limited in comparison to the cost of the stay, it only included two ready made hot items, scrambled eggs and pork sausage. If you are a vegan, vegetarian or someone who doesn't eat pork like my son and me, your choices were limited. Perhaps a turkey based meat could be considered as well."

"Outdated and dingy. The furniture was damaged in the room. There was nothing on the walls as far as decor. The lighting in the room was terrible. We asked for towels and they told us they only had two left. The gym and the laundry facilities were closed by the health department. There was no seating outdoors. The halls smelled of weed and cigarette smoke. We stayed one night and left because we were so uncomfortable and frankly felt a bit unsafe. While we were leaving there were police at the front desk. Who knows why they were there. One can only imagine."
