"I loved the fact that we could open windows and listen to the rain and get a cross-breeze in the room. I loved the fact that no pets and no smoking were allowed; this kept the rooms clean and funk-free! The site was very quiet and, in our case where our room was in the back lot, extremely quiet with a view of trees and lawn. "We stayed in the king bungalow room with a full kitchen and spacious living room area, complete with a reclining couch and chair. The bedroom was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was pretty standard. Everything, for the most part, seemed new or nearly new. Close to everything but not in the middle of it. FYI: The driveway up to the motel is pretty steep, which makes walking up it after a night at the beer halls or bars a little challenging. We would stay again."
