"The room was large and clean. The soaking tub was a great
luxury
. When we complained about the room being cold the staff quickly came up to show us the radiator controls and even brought up a space heater in case we need it. Needless to say we found the staff to be very attentive and gracious. The restaurant was informal but served excellent food that was well presented and prepared. The breakfast buffet is excellent. We will stay there again when we visit Haarlem. "
