"Seems like a newly established hotel, where they are still trying to figure out how to run it. The facilities and rooms are fine, but little things are missing like tea/coffee in the room, handsoap in the bathroom etc. Good location on the edge of Had Rin."

You can’t get closer to the beach, the area is quiet but still with enough shops/ cafes and restaurants. Good air con, hot shower with good temperature, clean bedding and room.
We stayed here for two nights over new years to head to the FMP, it was about 300 baht ew pp for a taxi there and also about 300 baht pp to the pier - but it’s much nicer than staying in Haad Rin if you’re a couple. And the beach...

Also the guys at the tiki bar. One small complaint, i booked day by day. The gm raised my rate by $6.A d i had a friend stay 2 nights from koh samui. I never asked for room cleaning, hit the tiki bar daily and ate there a couple times. No need to loose a customer over $6. Overall, peaceful, awesome stay."
