"Room was not your bog standard decor but was unique, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with an excrllet shower. The staff were polite and would acknowledge you even if you were just passing. Kim who was on reception when we arrived was a standard bearer for the hotel group, she was very welcoming and went above and beyond when we required some direction assistance."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Strattons Hotel. The hotel was one of six I believe. We were just over the road from reception and where the restaurant is located. Very clean room which wasn’t as big as I was expecting but more than adequate for myself and my husband. I arranged for a bottle of Prosecco to be in the room for when we arrived, this was done along with a birthday card - lovely touch. Breakfast was brilliant. "If you are interested in the Victory or the Mary Rose it is right across the street. Super great. Parking down the street was easy but prefer not to have to do it. But if you have to remote park, it wasn't a big deal. It was pretty easy."

"The location is great. The insulation is very poor, i could hear the neighbours room the noise from the TV. The mattress is terrible, needs replacing as it was a little lumpy and bump so I couldn't get a good night's sleep for 3 days. The room was ok, the bathroom was very small just enough room for a shower and a toilet. It is walkable distance to the main historical area, the defence walls, the beautifu houses and the pubs on Spice Island so that was a bonus."

"The comfiest hotel bed I have slept on in a long while, spacious room (perfect for an overnight stay after a late night party), bathroom was spacious enough and had all the basic essentials needed. Would deffo stay again!"
