"Room was clean, hot water and shower was incredible. Exactly what's needed after being at the snow. Close by to everything. Tea and coffee down stairs and kettle and microwave in the room. Unfortunately the heater didn't work every night, it had a mind of its own when it wanted to work. The TV also didn't work, we just watched Netflix on our phones. Overall we still enjoyed our stay, those minor issues are easy fixes."

"I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast had a good variety, and the bar had a nice atmosphere to relax in. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again."

"We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time at the resort and visiting the ski fields. The resort itself was in a great location with two restaurants and amenities like a heated indoor pool, sauna, archery and some walks. It was such a peaceful resort with lots of beautiful wildlife to spot. Thredbo was about 15 minute drive and Perisher accessible via the skitube 5 minutes away or driving about 45 minutes. Harroโs ski shop was also fantastic and Iโd highly recommend hiring from here instead of Perisher. The staff at Harroโs were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The gear we hired was excellent and they explained everything we needed to know. Would highly recommend staying here!"
