Kid Friendly Hotels in Gurnee

"The worst experience I ever had, according to them every time you go into the pool, the pool was under maintenance and the hot tub was under maintenance. They never opened the hot tub on the weekend. The only reason we reserved in this hotel is because of the hot tub as you guys know Chicago weather is cold and we’re looking for the hot tub so what happen is every time we come into the hot tub? It’s always under maintenance or close I would like to remind everyone that this is what’s happening on the weekend. Be careful. "

"The room we stayed in was in disrepair. The TV would not turn on, in further inspection the power cord was gone. When I went to call the front desk, I stepped in wet carpet, enough to soak my sock. When I picked up the phone, it was not working. We resolved to go to sleep and be done. The phone scared us when it rang at 10:30 pm when the front desk tried to call to help resolve the issues (received a msg from our hotels app review). It was too late and we were in bed. I'm sure the hotel is fine, this room was not good."

"They gave me a room with the door unlocked, a horrendous stench, and the most soiled bed I have ever seen. Will never use a motel 6 ever again, the sight of that disgusting room will remain in my memory forever. The key cards barely worked. "
