"エディンバラを朝から晩まで楽しみたい方にはおすすめしませんが、観光客で溢れたエディンバラを脱出して郊外で特別な宿泊体験をしたい方にはおすすめです。お城の塔の寝室、大広間、屋根上が貸切です。お姫様というよりは砦の城主の気分を味わえます。車で行く方が多いようですが、私たちは最寄りのWallyford駅（エディンバラから2駅）から歩きました。遊歩道を30-40分ほど歩くと着きます。夕食は済ませるか、調達してから行く必要があります。朝食は部屋に準備してあり、好きなものを選んで食べられます。オーナーご夫妻が気さくでとても良い方々でした。おすすめです。"

"What a beautiful property with a gorgeous room! We also enjoyed the extra rooms: library, music, etc. They were decorated very nice; we felt like we were staying in a castle! The staff were helpful and professional. The beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked. A perfect place to stay about 10 minutes drive from a park and ride into Edinburgh."

"Host is lovey. This is an old pub that’s being converted into various rooms on the top 2 floors. Bathrooms are not on-suite however their are adequate facilities to be shared amongst the rooms so this wasn’t an issue for me. Value for money is second to none. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious enough for 1-2 travellers. Downstairs their is a kitchen and eating area (multiple booths) so you can prepare and cook your own food. "Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were all excellent. The ocean mist has been restored to a high standard. Rooms were comfortable and spotless clean. Surprised at how spacious the room was given it's in a boat. Lots of lovely personal touches. My husband was worried about motion sickness but was not a problem at all. Sitting out on the top deck eating breakfast in the sunshine was glorious. Only recommendation is that the continental breakfast would benefit from more variety, especially adding some...

"Located a short walk from the Tram and opposite the croft. From the gates to the room, every part of this property is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and finishes well executed. The style and quality of finishes was excellent and as good as any 5 star hotel locally. I'd definitely recommend, especially for a romantic weekend away"

"The Fingal Hotel in Edinburgh Scotland was an excellent choice from the time my husband and I walked in. The Fingal Crew was amazing! We had a stunning breakfast and had dinner twice in the upscale restaurant in which they only use the finest ingredients. The Fingal crew was excellent in every aspect! I recommend this experience to anyone wanting something different. We will use this same floating hotel if visiting Edinburgh Scotland again!"
