"We were there just 1 (rainy) night in December. Great location (James Bay is an area we prefer) & especially a good price for this area in our opinion. Happy with polite & professional front desk service, the room was clean (& we like non-carpeted rooms), bed was fine, so although not everyone’s conclusion according to the varied reviews, this is our personal experience having stayed at a variety of different quality hotels & motels. "Room very clean. Bed and linens of good quality. Staff very accommodating. Only complaint is that the fridge froze any food. I reported this to the desk and as I was leaving soon after this reporting I declined offer to send personell to look at the fridge. Otherwise great stay. Thank you. "
