"The pillows sucks! Terrible! Tiny garbage cans that can only fit one to two paper cups.
Some of the staff at the reflection pool were not so friendly at all! Although the pool itself was nice and relaxing.
Restaurants food were okay but not a “wow that was delicious!” I think the food were over priced.

"Smells like smoke everywhere, even in the hallways for the rooms that are on different floors then the casino. Wait staff in the restaurants is incredibly slow. Hostesses are unapologetic. Maids knock on your door at 9 am to ask when you are checking out. Pool check in is confusing for cabana rentals. Pickleball paddle rental is difficult. Only one cashier works the only cashier station."

"Check-in is brutal(if checking in around 4). Suggest checking luggage then enjoying the amenities of the property, if able, while the check-in line shortens. An hour in line isn't the end of the world, but should go smoother and quicker"

"Everything was perfect except the cocktail server at the pool. Bartender was fantastic but needed help. The cocktail server was rude, extremely slow and dismissive."
