"Pensamos quedarnos otra vez muy limpio y muy agradable el lugar la piscina super rica las muchachas super atentas y puntuales en su servicio de room service bien agradecida lo único que no me gustó y deberían de considerar es cuando le cambian los viajes a los pasajero y no es culpa de uno es el reembolso que lo hacen difícil y no lo quieren devolver eso deben tomar consideración ya que las aerolíneas tienen ese problema y no es culpa de los pasajero irse un dia antes eso es todo pero me...

"Has 3 rooms reserved. Arrived at 5pm to check in but had to wait more thank 30 minutes as rooms were not ready. Telephone and 1 light not working in my room. Room 2 the window shade was broken. Checking out no one was at the front desk. Cleaning lady had to go find someone. All I got was an I'm sorry."

"The room was clean, smelled nice. I would suggest upgrading the lamps in the room that have USB ports, as this is the technology now. Breakfast was good, coffee was fresh. Check out was easy. I am still waiting on a refund for the night I didnt stay, otherwise I would recommend this establishment."

"Staff was wonderful - Cynthia and Maria were awesome housekeepers. Breakfast was not fancy but was reliably decent. Appreciate the pet friendly policies. We have a long term stay and really appreciated the amenities. We tried a different hotel first and it was not good this was a breath of fresh air"
