"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"This is a great place to stay by far nicer than Hampton Inn which is right across the highway from here. I would recommend this hotel to anybody i know looking for a clean guiet place to stay."
"The staff was very courteous and accommodating to all our needs. Place was just great. Went in for work and stayed an extra night to enjoy the amenities and the calmness offered. We’ll definitely be back for more. "
"This is an amazing casino/hotel. Staff are friendly and professional who made us feel like truly valued guests. A special mention for Edith in the Cafe for a warm welcome every morning. Excellent pool area with plenty of sunbeds and shades. Not the biggest casino area but a good selection of slots. I would always choose The Palace if in Biloxi beach. Only thing wrong, I live over 4,000 miles away but will be back."
"I had read some reviews that weren’t favorable, however, we had no complaints. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. My grandson loved the arcade, The Pier and the pool area.
Our room was clean and the bathroom was roomy.
Food was good at both Margaritaville and the pizza place.

"The room was very clean and beautiful balcony view of the ocean. The staff were very friendly. There was a pretty dining room were we had a good breakfast. I wish they would had offered a small token (maybe a free drink or appetizer) when we let them know we were celebrating our anniversary. Wir haben in Haus 53 in einer 2 Bedroom Villa gewohnt. Nicht neu aber sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht.
