"The customer service was beyond excellent. Everyone from the Valet Attendances, Bell Hops, Frontdesk attendances, Serving Staff, and the Environmental Team was TOP TIER. The property is beautiful! Local to Canal and Bourbon. I would recommend this location to everyone! I will always stay at Hyatt Centric. "
"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"The hotel was great, staff was friendly would definitely stay there again if I found myself in Tampa for some reason, but Tampa is overpriced and mediocre. Which is unfortunate. All of our interactions with people were great, but the taste of food and drinks was subpar almost everywhere we went. We would have had a much better time if we’d just stayed and eaten at the hotel the entire weekend."
"For being close to Bourbon Street, the hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly, valet parking price is fair and I had no worries about my vehicle. The bed and pillows were comfortable, I wish they had a mini fridge but overall the stay was perfect."
