"The room was clean. However there was bugs in the ice machine on the 6th floor. Even though we were on 4 our ice machine didn’t work so we had to seek ice everywhere. Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Only has a problem with how the bartender spoke to us about getting out of the pool when it was starting to storm. She could have been a bit nicer when letting us know the pool was closed. "

"The place was excellent the room is big pretty and perfectly clean parking is free and secure and the front desk lady’s was really nice definitely a place where we come back in the future "

"They lost the laundry we sent down. It took two days to get back a pair of pants and was charged 25.00. A lot of staff cleaning rooms dominately spoke Spanish. Unsure if they understood our requests at times Room service menu needs more items to offer"

"Hear me out…this place is AMAZING. I wanted a room right on the beach as I was looking I decided to splurged the extra money and rented the penthouse…giggles Just me and the whole suite to myself. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The view, the tub, the giant bed. For the first time ever I truly felt like a princess. I couldn’t stop smiling. Thank you so much for the amazing time. Already rented the penthouse for my birthday!!! See yall soon! I miss y’all bunches……ten out of ten recommend"
