"Housekeeping is terrible, I had to track down management because i did not get the full service room cleaning you are supposed to get every three days I got it once in my two week stay. The bathtub backed up a few days after I got there and got as deep as my ankles, other guests complained about their tub backing up as well. I see now why it is one of the cheapest places to stay. A refund would be nice of at least a couple days or something."

"I was unaware of the stairs to get to the rooms. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator to use to bring all of my luggage. The night before checkout, I called the front desk to ask if an Uber would be able to pick me up at 4:30 am and would be allowed onto the premises.
