1_did not get the room we paid for the first night. We had to delay our activities the next day to transition rooms. No reduction of the lower level room the first night was offered. 2_ the pictures do not match the space (e.g.) the pool is in the parking lot there is no sitting area as described. 3_ house keeping did not clean our room after 2 days and me specifically asking the front desk to have them clean after the second day before we left the property. 4_finally someone entered our room in the early morning time on the last day at the hotel. I was in the shower and my lady was still in bed. The front desk knew nothing about it, did not acknowledge the potential party, when questioned about this. She was very scared about the situation and the unauthorized intruder. 5_ I have a stayed at a lot of Hilton Properties but this has to be the worst managed property I have ever seen… The services and care stopped when Hilton and this hotel got the money from me.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I didn’t care for the carpeting in the rooms but they were clean, none the less.

Checking it was a breeze the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. The staff was very friendly and patience as I ask for a late check out time . I definitely recommend plus it’s really close to Pensacola Beach it took all of 7mins or so to arrive at the beach . I absolutely loved it and would return. The room was spacious, very clean, the hotel was quiet, and conveniently located next to a mini plaza.

Love the location, quick access to Pensacola Beach. Quick access to bridge. Quick access to Pensacola. The only isaue with the room, the restroom door was broken and it wouldnt close all the way. Room 229.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful with information about the surrounding area. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Breakfast was tasty and well stocked. Staff constantly cleaned breakfast area. The complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were a plus. My family and I visit Pensacola often, this location is by far our favorite hotel for accommodations.

We liked our suite—has d/w, big fridge, microwave. Pool heater was said to be broken (so fix it!). Staff was friendly except when I mentioned to a cleaning lady that our room hadn’t been replenished in 3-4 days she was offended—said she hadn’t been working there for two days and then complained “Fresh!”

The only complaint was the pool was supposed to be heated and it was freezing. Other wise highly recommend this place for a stay.

Awesome hotel.
I LOVE staying at this hotel. It’s the second time I’ve booked here. When I was returning to Pensacola on a solo vacation I knew I had to stay here again. I also LOVE the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash they put in the shower.

I liked the fact that where my room was located at the end of the first floor hallway, there was an outside access door that we could go in safely. I parked close to the end of the building where I knew my room was at and was able to go inside easily instead of walking through the front lobby and walking all the way down to the end of the hallway. I was having surgery at the Andrew's Institute and my wife had to help me get in and out of the vehicle and having access to this door made it a lot easier for her to get me to the room. My wife needed a wheelchair for me to get me to our room when we got back from the surgery and the staff were very nice and accommodating to let her borrow it. Overall it was a very nice stay and definitely would stay there again if need be.

I had a very comfortable stay overall the room was nice. The room quiet and bed comfortable. Some draws and containers like the ice bucket and things had not been cleaned, for example other people's hair in them. I was disappointed that a bottle of water was not available in the room. Breakfast selection was not great, but I did appreciate the sausage egg and cheese muffins
