Yangshuo Fairyland Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The staff at this hotel were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. They have e-bikes which you can rent. One of the staff even came and found me when I got lost!! The property is about 7km from the town but very doable if you take the e-bikes and the hotel provides helmets. The pool is very instagrammable! The views were amazing. They also have local costumes available for dressing up in if that appeals. There are lots of high tech gizmos, including a Japanese style toilet, a movie screen that comes down from the roof and automated curtains. All can be controlled by voice commands (if you speak Chinese)! This was our favourite hotel and we’d love to go back."

"Great place, if you book your activities through the activity desk you get transportation right from the hotel. For us there was no one else with us.(private driver)."

"The staff were very friendly for helping us arrange our bamboo raft tour and Ruyi Peak. The location is close to the boat cruise along the Yi River and downtown area. The hotel buffet breakfast has a variety of dishes to select from and the upstairs terrace restaurant offers western dishes and drinks at the bar. To our surprise they also provide complimentary laundry service. We really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely return the next time we visit Yangshuo."

"Li Resort was a welcome quiet respite near bustling Yangshuo. The friendly and accommodating full-service staff took care of all our logistics to/ from the train and the sites during our stay. They also made a good coffee! I truly enjoyed my morning yoga in the glass gym by the pool, looking out at the misty, karst geography. Our room was well-designed for families with kids. While we experienced many Instagram moments around the rice fields, the resort itself was our highlight from Yangshuo."

"The hotel staffs are excellent and super kind. After checked out the hotel and I was on my to next city, I received a test message from the front desk staff and was told that I left a bag in the room I didn't even notice. They sent the bag to my next destination so I didn't need to worry about it. Unfortunately I didn't ask her name, but everyone works there deserved a hat off for the excellent job they've done."
