"Well for some reason I booked it wrong, needed two queen beds instead got a room with one king bed and a roll a bed. So we were able to exchange to another room the next night, staff was wonderful in arranging that. The only negative was that we were in room next to the out door on the side so heard alot of people coming and going early in am and up until 11pm. Next night in another room closer to front desk was wonderful and quiet. Did not hear anything."

"We rented a cabin. It was tiny and very old minimal furnishings. Shower was tiny. The room was cold, no heater turned on prior to arival. Staff person didn't know how to turn on heaters. The breakfast was minimal. Wouldn't stay there again, although the regular rooms may have been better."

However, we had to make repeated trips to the office, which was locked and only accessible with a door buzzer and intercom, for items that should have been in the room (toilet paper, coffee condiments, paper cups for coffee).
