Gudauri Hotels with Swimming Pool

"+ve great location , very homely and nice. -ve : payment was made through Hotels.com but the receptionist staff asked the guest to pay again at checkin. Embarrasment could have been prevented if the reception staff were made aware about prepaid bookings."

"Very small rooms, almost felt claustrophobic. Beds seemed to be very old. Basic service issues (had to make multiple calls even for small stuff like tea sachets). Staff seemed to lack basic etiquettes (didn’t offer help with bags when we were leaving). Almost, they levy charges for using most of the hotel amenities (like tennis courts, billiards tables etc)"

"Roads are not clean was all ice and not safe to drive in parking lot "

"The room had a very pungent odor and we had request to change it. But the staff was very reluctant to do so. Overall it was probably the worst hotel I stayed in years. Everything is either broken or dysfunctional and when you ask for replacement the staff attitude is very aggressive. "
