"We booked a deluxe room for 3 people only to get there for the receptionist to tell us they only had a double room in the basement and there was no manager so they couldn’t do anything about it. Even after messaging the manager I never got a reply. The sauna was also out of order."

"I stayed at Best Western Hotel from 31 December 2025 to 5 January 2026. The full amount for the stay was paid during check-in and split 50/50 between myself and my friend.
