We are sorry that your stay did not go as you hoped. Your room was a single room so suitable for one person. The bathroom is complete with all amenities and they are easy to use. If the room was too hot and not to your liking you could have communicated with the front desk and we would have had a way to find a better accommodation for you. But she probably cannot communicate verbally. We noticed this not only with this review but also at her check out in that she was asked and reiterated twice that we prefer a cash payment of only the tourist tax which in her case was 3 euros and 20 cents. Obviously it was not an obligation, but she also left without taking her tax receipt where the tax is regularly taxed. Leaving no room to have other solutions.
