"We stayed for two nights with kids. The hotel has many fun activities for the whole family. The staff is so friendly (Housekeeping, front desk, pool staff, and etc! All very friendly) We did a cabana on our pool day, and our server Gabriel was awesome. Very attentive and allowed us to have separate bills. He was very patient and kind to the kids in our group. A+ Service from Gabriel. Our only pool complaint would be that there is not enough seating to accommodate all the guests. We really had no choice but to do a cabana as there were zero chairs available. We were lucky to snag the last cabana which is smaller and less private than the others. The location was great. We didn't realize it was comic con at the convention center that weekend, so the traffic was really bad on Saturday but the non-event days were fine. I love that this hotel allows walking distance to T-Mobile district which is fun for kids and adults. They also have a shuttle to OSJ, I didn't get to use it so I can't review it. But it was nice that it was an option. I'd stay here again. "

"The Hyatt Place is very clean and accommodating. Staff friendly and helpful. Carlos, the bartender is top notch. Only small complaint I had was our room not being ready until approximately 6pm when we arrived. But a manager did comp us for a meal and drink in the bar, so that did make up for that I guess!"

"The wall-mounted lampshades were visibly scorched and stained, with burn marks along the edges and bottom—something that felt both unsafe and neglected. In addition, the mini fridge was in very poor condition. The exterior was covered in sticky residue and streaks, and there was visible grime buildup near the bottom. Overall, the room didn’t feel properly cleaned or maintained, and these details made it hard to feel comfortable during the stay."

"Just a heads up be prepared for hidden fees. Expedia showed about $234 extra, but it ended up being over $300, plus a $400 deposit that wasn’t mentioned before booking. We also thought breakfast was included, but it wasn’t. Food in San Juan is pretty expensive too, so just make sure you’re ready for that.”"

"The room was very clean. They don't have a parking in the facility, but the parking lot in front of the building is a safe one."

"I would like to get a refund on my hotel stay. I was placed in room 517 and was unable to sleep the entire night. Something kept biting me. There were bedbugs in this hotel. I called the front desk and was told to email the manager. I was also charged $240.00 in resort fees and Iwant my money back."

"Upon check in, no electricity/no power.I asked when will the power be back on, I was expecting some kind of backup generator to turn on the power, but the Hotel attendant said there is no expected time of when the power would return. I was not offered a refund or any accommodations and I was expected to just wait until the power comes back on. The hotel is not suitable for any one to stay under these conditions and its clear the hotel barely cares to help the customers. They just want money. Also door codes to the room were announced aloud to the lobby and guests, Nothing about the exchange of door access codes felt secure. "
