"This is our second time staying at Terrazas. The hotel is conveniently located but security is needed and provided. The suites are spacious and clean. The staff very accommodating. The last morning of our stay, we had an early flight, we had no hot water. That's the only negative mark. Cold shower at 5am it's a little sad."

"Absolutely recommend this hotel. We stayed for one night but we were treated amazing! We arrived late at night but that wasn’t a problem. Check in was quick and easy. "There is no need to stay here unless you really need to be in the centre of Guayaquil, which is not particularly pleasant. It is rather dirty, noisy and a bustling commercial area. Although the Malecon 2000 is only 6 blocks away, you can also stay close to it in a nicer area. The building is old and the B&B, which is a converted apartment, is also old.
