"The room was dirty and small. I didn’t mind the small room but the filth was horrifying. Walls were stained and the bathroom was filled with mold. Faucet with giant paint chips. I couldn’t help to be grossed out by a dried booger below the wall of the vanity mirror. This is definitely not a 4 stars accommodation. The comforters were disgusting yellow and dirty. I was glad the shop downstairs sold disposable bedsheets. There were roaches in the dining area when we had our breakfast on the first day. The staff were nice and accommodating. I can’t believe Expedia allow this place to be categorized as 4 stars hotel. Do better Expedia. All the good reviews are fake and were exchange with free vpn. "

People will take your clothes out of the laundry and dryer. In Shenzhen you can monitor your laundry on the television channel. In Shenzhen they provide you with snacks and drinks every day. Although it is a non-smoking hotel, cigarette smoke can be smelled regularly. If you aren't providing refrigerators in the rooms, you could provide ice on each floor.
