We are here for the papygo theme park which is installed in the hotel. The hotel also used the theme park for the tourism marketing. The theme Parks were closed down for upgrading work on 15 May 2019 and the hotel personnel mentioned that they are two separate operator and they will not be responsible for the temporary close down of the theme park. Please take note of this if you are booking of this hotel because of the theme park like us to avoid any disappointment.

We needed a hotel close to the Guangzhou South Railway Station. This was the closest one we could find - we arrived late and left early to catch a train, so we didn’t use the hotel for anything except sleeping. It is connected to some kind of theme park and is designed for families with children, but it was clean and comfortable to sleep in and it served our purpose well enough.

The place is quite inconvenient. Taxi drivers said they don’t know this hotel. Decorations and designs in hotel is not match with my expectation cause it’s not beautiful as the photos shown on the internet.

鄰近地區的酒店當中，少有的家庭房（一特大床和一單人床），適合一家三或四口。但房間整潔度有改善空間。 勝價比高，一晚房價，包3個早餐、¥360遊樂金，意外地讓孩子們在酒店內玩得高興。但居住時期，部分遊樂地點裝修，卻沒有做足保護，有點大塵。 是次主要去長隆野生動物園，非常近便，自駕5分鐘便到達。

值得一去的親子度假酒店

地點較偏，附近沒東西吃，要走遠一點才有，不過大堂就有一家不錯的便利店，而且價格相宜。孩子在樂園玩得很開心，夠孩子玩夠一整天，惟許多設施維護不開放。

酒店临近长隆野生动物园，交通各方面都很便利，孩子很喜欢房间和儿童游乐天地。入住的家庭套房赠送游乐天地含早，非常满意。

酒店没有图片上看的那么大，外部的设施也有点旧了，不过内部的装修还不错，原来定的豪华套房，前台说那个房间因为装修味道非常大，就给换了2间城堡房，几个小孩很喜欢，房间很干净，早餐也还算不错。 酒店住宿有免费送楼下的游乐场门票， 满满的玩了2天，小孩非常开心。

地點偏遠,要去別的地方只能請櫃台幫忙叫車,叫來的車也不是TAXI,是一般的私家車,價錢比TAXI還貴 明明沒幾年的酒店,硬體設備變得好老舊,走廊間濃厚的香水味為的是蓋掉霉味,可見內部管理多不優 唯一的好處只有離長隆園區比較近,有接駁車過去,但是要自己想辦法回來

好處（1）床大（2）有小朋友浴缸（3）大堂有遊戲玩（4）床乾淨算可以（5）早餐可以（6）價錢便。（7）食物便宜，晚上9時3樓餐廳有溥餅食好食。（8）服務員用心工作，特別是執房員好好。壞處方面（1）位置不方便。（2）酒店check in 電腦故障，最後用上20分鐘才查明我巳付錢。最後酒店向我道歉。

不是想像中的美觀及舒適，與網站提供的有落差，房內地毯感覺不乾淨，偏暗黑，在房內都穿著襪子，沒有後備枕頭放在衣櫃。洗手間都寛敞，提供２個洗面盆，的確很方便，但可惜沒地方放個人用品，極度不方便，掛勾很少，衣服只能放在廁板上！！！ 冷氣調２３度有霉味及異味，調２０度又凍。 check in 時,前台職員服務態度很好,很細心講解,值得表揚 (我於15/4晚上check in的) 早餐餐廳食物比較差,味道不太好吃,兩區的食物熱度分別很大.
