Strongly recommend KSpace Hotel! It enjoys an excellent location near shopping areas and subway stations, making travel and sightseeing extremely convenient. The guest rooms are spotlessly clean with dry and wet separated bathrooms and no unpleasant odors. Equipped with smart facilities, the rooms are easy to use. The bedding is soft and cozy, and the sound insulation is great. The front desk staff are thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly to all requests. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay. Will definitely book here again!

Very well located with lots of facilities. Next to Beijing Road and near enough to the metro system. The room was comfortable with good amenities. The hotel also offered an excellent breakfast spread, free supper and decent gym and laundry facilities. Staff were friendly and willing to help.

広州旅行で2泊3日で滞在しました。北京路や大仏寺にとても近く、最高の立地でした。ホテルの部屋は広く余裕があり、設備も新しくとても清潔に保たれていました。2日目の清掃も完璧でした。朝食はバイキング形式で、とても充実したメニューが準備されていました。スタッフの方々はカウンターを通る際に必ず挨拶をしてくださり、何か困ったことがあった際に声を掛けやすい雰囲気がありました。また広州へ来る機会があればまたこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

The hotel is easily located and very close to the subway station, making transportation extremely convenient. Environmental hygiene: The lobby and rooms are spacious and bright, and I really liked the decor style. The rooms were spotless, and the bedding was clean and comfortable, allowing me to sleep well.Hardware facilities: The mattress had just the right firmness, the shower water came on quickly, and the temperature was stable. The Tmall Genie in the room was really tech-savvy. I have to say that the front desk staff were extremely friendly and even thoughtfully upgraded my room and gave me some fruit as a gift. When I left, I forgot my clothes, but the housekeeping staff and front desk worked together efficiently to find them for me within minutes, which was really touching!

Booked 2 night stay and paid in full in advanced. Upon arrival front desk advised room has no windows (booking mentioned none of this). Was also told had to change rooms the 2nd night. Which is absurd a 2 night stay should be in the same room. Not a pleasant check in experience. The hotel overall however was clean and in a good location

free laundry and they will fold the clothes for you which is very nice. the gym is slacking a lot. They should have a pull up machine or cable machine together at least so people can do upper body. Also there is really no windows in some of the rooms which sucks

Other than good location,nothing special. Room 953 was too far away from lift lobby or breakfast room. Room was spacious but not much storage rack etc for stuffs. Wifi connected but no youtube access. No proper pickup/dropoff area for public transfer. Consider last minute booking, don't really worth the price. With the price I booked I can get a higher end hotel.

The subway station is a 5-minute walk away, making transportation a breeze. The room is clean and tidy with cozy bedding, and the bathroom has separate dry/wet areas with steady hot water. The front desk staff are friendly and offered great food recommendations. Free laundry facilities and luggage storage are big pluses. The front desk service was extremely attentive. The room was very spacious, and the smart devices were easy to operate. The hotel also had a gym, which was very nice and had a pleasant environment. The room was clean, hygienic and quiet, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The overall service was quite good, and the breakfast had notable highlights too— the milk was fresh and still warm, which was very thoughtful. It was a really great experience.

I liked that there was a laundry room where you could do your laundry, and they would fold it for you and bring it to your room. I also liked that they had a robot that could deliver your takeout or other deliveries. I disliked that the gym had very little equipment and only cardio machines. It should at least have a pull-up machine or a cable machine. I also disliked that packages sent there had to be picked up by yourself instead of being handled by the staff. Overall, the staff was helpful, the hotel was clean, and the location was good.

The hotel staff are warm, friendly and thoughtful. The location is perfect for sightseeing and strolling around. The breakfast is great, and afternoon tea is also provided. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, making my trip much easier. Highly recommended! It enjoys an excellent location with easy access to transport. The subway station is just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel is fully equipped with complete facilities, and the rooms are clean and tidy, offering a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff are attentive, proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast has a rich variety of options and is really good. It offers great value for money. The price is quite reasonable in the city center. The accommodation environment and hygiene are far better than budget hotels at the same price. The service is professional and well-regulated. I had a great experience with this laundry service. The staff were friendly and professional, and my clothes came back very clean and fresh. The room was decent, but cleanliness could be improved. It wasn’t as clean as I expected, and better attention to detail would make a big difference. The staff were kind and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. Their friendliness really added to the overall experience. One concern during my stay was the hotel layout. Great location with shopping and dining right downstairs. The staff were polite and professional. Special thanks to TT for being warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. TT even added us on WeChat to provide excellent service. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!
