Must stay in Guangzhou!

Been to many hotels around the world and this one is for sure top tier in my book. Excellent facility, professional staff, great location. Would for sure stay here again when in Guangzhou! Especially thank you to all the front desk, concierge, guest service and house keeping for making our stay in Guangzhou comfortable!

AC was too cold initially

The air conditioner was too strong the first day and night no matter how we adjusted it, and the room was too cold because of that. Guest service provided a space heater, which helped a little bit. Then the AC became more comfortable during the rest of the stay.

Amazing Hotel with excellent location

I was lucky to get the chance to stay at its early opening. Everything was excellent, the staff are doing their best, spa was not opened yet. But I loved my my stay. One more thing is, the high ceiling in the room is exoptional.
