Upon checkin, hotel didnt found my booking and it take more than 2 hours to deal with expedia customer care. They even asked me cancel bookong when I need help (booking has been paid). Hotel staff keep asking for recepit when all settle (Already gave). Its really annoying. Expedia really should improve their service or else they ll lose more customer

Very comfortable hotel
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and neat. Not a single noise from the other rooms. The area is quiet and safe even at night. Spectacular view at night.

Comfy and clean hotel
Checking in and out was avergae as staff does not speak much of English. Other than that it was good. Next to Sun Yat Seng Memorial Park which is a place to visit as well, there is the MRT - line 2 which I believe would allow a person to travel to lots of places

Excellent location
Overall, this Jinjiang Inn is much like the others. The rooms are small but OK. The beds are not too hard, not too soft. The room was reasonably clean when I arrived, and the cleaners kept it clean. I did not try the restaurant, because I had not purchased the room with breakfast included. Instead, I wandered around and tried a variety of places. What makes this Inn special it its proximity to the parks and to a few of the museums. And if you want to travel around Guangzhou, then the Metro stop is only 130 m away. Make sure you go to the Sun Yat Sen Park stop on Line 2, NOT the Yuexiu Park stop. The Google directions were wrong, quite wrong.

Nice hotel in old city center
According to one of the desk clerks the hotel is in the former city center. It's two blocks from the subway and about 4 blocks from the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall. No idea what it is- all the visitation signs were in Mandarin, but beautiful and quiet park-like atmosphere. Hotel is about a 10 minute stroll from big, new hotels like Doubletree and a McDonalds (coffee) but I liked JinJiang. Quiet, great breakfast buffet (20 ren), plenty of restaurants both next door and across the street, street vendors where you can get lunch or snacks or just about anything. Hotel provides two comp litre bottles of water a day, tooth brush, comb and nauseating tooth paste. Fresh towels every day, paper cups, hot pot, tea bags and coffee bag. Standard room is small and not much room to store clothes but beds and pillows were comfy. Hotel is old but very clean I thought. Word of caution, only two elevators which get packed (even by Chinese standards) and must wait a long time for them during peak times of the day. If you are in a hurry, plan ahead to get to lobby. Plenty of legit cabs around. Desk staff and hotel staff were great and very accommodating.

great budget option
great budget option close to metro (turn right out of memorial hall station exit b2) comes with basic amenities like toothbrush and has free wifi. staff managed English pretty well. Rooms comfy but basic, a little noisy outside but didn't stop me sleeping at all. I recommend crossing the bridge (you'll see what I mean) to the other side of the freeway, lots of food places and little shops.

I stayed six nights during the Canton Fair and would recommend the Hotel to others. It's located within a five minute walk to Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Metro Station (Exit D2). The rooms are small but clean. Only one channel on the TV worked. The water pressure was very good, although it took some time to get warm. The hotel staff are accommodating but most don't speak English, However, there was always someone at the front desk that could understand and speak sufficient English.

This hotel has convinient location. 5 minutes walking the the metro station. Staffs are nice. But there is no fridge, no cupboard inside the room. And we would like the floor to be clean every day.

Low Cost Hotel Near the Subway
This hotel is unremarkable: convenient, clean, comfortable and cheap. It was very near the subway, the cheapest, most convenient way to the airport. It is not particularly central, but ti was within walking distance of the Sun Yat Sen Memorial, which we enjoyed very much. You may want to choose another place depending on what you want to see, but for us, being as we could go anywhere by subway, it was a great choice.

I have been staying in this chain of hotels for a few years now and whilst speaking chinese helps, its in a good location and the rooms are more than satisfactory considering the price.

Great cleanliness and well kept rooms. Good location as its near train station. Looks like a hotel rather than an inn as its a whole building of about 17 floors. Walking distance or within few stops from tourist attractions. Value for money. Buffet breakfast is limited but good enough if you do not want to dine out. If you are on very strict budget, cheap hotels available at CNY100 plus, but if you can splurge a bit I think this hotel is worth it.

Value for money, easy accessibility to key places
For the price the location is excellent, easily accessible by public transport and within walking distance to YueXiu Park, Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall, NanYue King's Tomb Museum and Six Banyan Trees Temple. Nearest subway station is Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall - take Exit D2. Buses and taxis stop by the front entrance regularly. You'll find plenty of restaurants and a couple of convenience stores within 10 minutes' walking distance. Staff at reception are friendly, helpful and responsive. As expected of any China hotel, all speak Mandarin. If you don't know Mandarin, no worries, some of the staff can speak Cantonese. No idea whether anyone speaks English here though. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. Free Internet access but bear in mind you're behind the Great Firewall so no access to Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and some major websites we take for granted elsewhere.

交通方便，吃的也很方便。附近景點如﹕南越王博物館, 廣州博物館等都是身處廣州值得一遊的地方，紀念堂更是全國最大的中山紀念堂，紀念堂偶有表現，若遇上更不容錯過。

広州白雲空港からタクシーで約40分。地下鉄の駅からは徒歩5分程度の立地です。徒歩10分圏内にマクドナルド、サブウェイなどがあります。 スタッフの対応は普通ですが、英語ができるスタッフが少なくチェックイン・チェックアウトに時間がかかりました。部屋にはボトルウォーターを2本置いてくれているのですが、なぜか冷蔵庫がありません。細かいことを言うとティッシュペーパーも置いてありませんでした(涙) ホテル内のエレベーターは客室のカードキーを差し込まないと部屋がある階のボタンを押せないので、セキュリティー的には良いのかな？？と思いますが、一緒に行ったメンバーが違う階に宿泊となるとお互いの部屋を行き来するのがとても不便です。 沙面島、珠江には、どちらもタクシーで15分～20分で行けます。ただし近距離なのでタクシーを捕まえるのに苦労するかもしれません。事情を説明すればホテルスタッフがタクシーを拾ってくれます。というか捕まえる協力をしてくれます。 ビジネスオンリー。ホテルに帰って寝るだけ。という人には問題ないホテルだと思います。

快適・便利
地下鉄の駅からも近く、便利でした。 また、駅からホテルの間にコンビニ・スーパー・飲食店とそろっているため、食べるにも困りませんでした。 部屋では無料でwifiが利用でき、広々としているし、窓からは中山紀念堂が真正面に、、また遠くには高層ビル群が見え、快適でした。 ホテルのスタッフは、ほとんど英語が話せたため、言葉の面でも困ることはありませんでした・・。 また、行くときには泊まりたいと思います。

標準的快捷酒店配置,不會有驚喜,但也不會讓人失望,對於住宿預算有限的人是個好選擇. 窗戶隔音不太好,面向大馬路的客房會比較吵, 空調機的聲音太大. 浴室及客房雖然不大, 但是乾淨,基本配備都齊全.

前台服務有待改善
地點優越，靠近地鐵站，房間雖小，但尚算清潔，房間在十二樓，沒有噪音問題，不建議在酒店進餐，太少選擇，附近很多吃的地方，沒有要求什麼服務，所以不好評論，但前台服務真的跟不上，希望下次再來的時候有所改善。
