Rooms were clean but a little dated, lounges seen better days & needs a refresh. Reception & concierge staff didn’t speak English but were friendly & used translation app which helped. Breakfast buffet was extensive for choice, average but did the job. Disappointed that this property advertises a free shuttle between the CIFF expo however when asking about this I was told there was no such shuttle, this was a major reason I booked this hotel.

Overall the stay was good. Easy to access by DiDi taxi. However there are no decent restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has kept reasonable clean and staff are friendly and nice.

Location: near pedestrian street. Nothing more to say except that transport is cheap so nothing to worry about getting around places. Nearby fast food too. Room: reasonable size and quite large. Only problem the air conditioning is centralised and surprisingly cold. Nice touch from the customer service and they provide a free heater. Bathroom was quite large with a bathtub and TV in bathroom (no remote control so could not test it). Shower was strong. Room was comfortable and the king size bed was large. Available TV channels were average.

Perfect hotel for a business trip. Location was great, a short walk from main shopping districts as well as parks. Hotel and rooms were clean, felt high end and modern. The breakfast and evening buffet was very varied with lots of choice. Would stay again.
