The standard room shower access is narrow making it hard to get in unless it’s a child. Other than that everything is fine and the staff are professional, polite and helpful. The manager of the restaurant was wonderful in her attentiveness and care for the customers.

I stayed for one night with my family. The rooms were basic and offered no standout features. Check-in at reception was quick and efficient, which we appreciated. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. The soundproofing was minimal—you could hear footsteps, conversations, and general noise from neighboring rooms throughout the night. Unfortunately, the most concerning incident was in my sister-in-law’s room, where she found a cockroach inside the bed sheets while she was sleeping. This was a last-minute trip during a busy weekend, and most hotels in Guanajuato were fully booked. While the stay served its purpose, we were unable to get a good night's rest.

Good option.

Excelent place to stay overnight, it is a bit cold at night when you stroll outside the rooms. Rooms are good and we rested well. It had a pool we didnt use. You need to know that is far away from the historic area of Guanajuato and need a car/taxi to move from/to.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were not clean, the sheets and towels were dirty, the beds were uncomfortably hard, and there was no AC unit. The overall condition of the rooms was unacceptable. Customer service was equally disappointing. We booked two rooms for four guests, but the front desk only provided us with two complimentary breakfast vouchers. When we asked for vouchers for the other two guests, we were told that the hotel only provides two vouchers per reservation. This made absolutely no sense, considering we had booked and paid for two separate rooms. To make matters worse, the complimentary breakfast was terrible. It was not a buffet as you would typically expect from a hotel offering complimentary breakfast. Instead, we were given one small cup of coffee, a small bowl of fruit, and toast. Very disappointing. Overall, this hotel fell short in every area: room cleanliness, comfort, customer service, and breakfast. I would not stay here again. Save your money and look elsewhere.

El ruido de la bomba del agua no deja dormir, la cama super dura al igual que las almohadas. El personal amable, buen estacionamiento y los hot cakes estaban muy buenos cuando digo muy buenos en verdad muy buenos. La habitación tiene agua caliente.

En temas de estacionamiento (conflicto en Gto) es bueno porque tiene mucho lugar, lo que no me agradó fue que el colchón estaba demasiado duro, y entra demasiado ruido a las habitaciones, se escuchaba clarísimo el ruido de los pasillos desde las 6 am, deberían de colocar aisladores de sonido. Limpieza todo ok.
