Excelente alojamiento; es acogedor, limpio, buena ubicación. Pero quien hace este lugar excepcional es Georgina, súper amable y siempre dispuesta ayudar y, junto a su esposo quienes hacen que la estadía sea la mejor... Gracias!

Excellent!

Everything was excellent, I meet the owner of the place and they were extremly helpful with us, they have great customer service, and they make us feel very welcome. The room that we book they thought it was a little bit small for us so they upgrade us with a bigger one, the room was super clean and comfortable, We were supposed to stay one nite and decide to add a second. Thank you very much mrs Georgina for make us feel like we were at home.

El área es súper fea. El acceso es terrible. El precio es muy alto pare lo que es. El baño super incómodo. Falta limpieza. Lo único bueno Fuenlabrada comodidad de la cama. Estuvimos ten incómodos que nos fuimos a otro hotel sin importar que perdiéramos dinero ya que estaba pagado la estancia de 4 noches y solo estuvimos 1.

No es un hotel, es una casa de huéspedes, yo de haberlo sabido no lo ubiera escogido, solo hay personal muy amable para recibirte y no los vueles a ver, yo tuve el problema en los dos días que no salía gua caliente y salía muy poca agua, el acceso a la casa es peligroso y muy incómodo , mucho más si llevas maleta. No hacen limpieza de la habitación mientras estás ahí Yo buscaba un hotel precisamente para no bstallar con eso, el beneficio por el visto es muy malo, hago el comparativo que sería lo que me hubiera costado un holliday Inn sin todos los beneficios de este Gracias

One Day Visit

We had a short stay in the city of Guanajuato, can't complain about the room. The place was clean, the only issue we had was arriving there. We had to go through a sketchy what looked like an small alley way uphill with no pavement, just dirt. It happened to be raining the day before and day we arrived. The host was nice and very informative, they even booked my transportation to the airport. Airport transportation is not included with room price.

Nos sentimos como en casa. Georgina, la dueña de la casa fue increíblemente amable. Al salir del hotel dejamos olvidadas unos anillos, aretes, reloj y otras joyas. Georgina no solo nos llamó a comentarnos del olvido sino que hizo los trámites y nos lo envió a la siguiente escala de nuestro viaje. Nos pareció un gran gesto de honradez y amabilidad de su parte.

El hotel está medio escondido, no lo ubicabamos pero, la anfitriona fue por nosotros, la habitación pequeña pero suficiente para dormir de manera cómoda, camas muy confortables, ubicación del hotel adecuada todo los lugares importantes quedan a 1km o menos

Nuestro viaje fue familiar, nos sentimos muy cómodos con la estancia y nuestra anfitriona Georgina, quien estuvo al pendiente de nosotros desde días antes a nuestra llegada para brindarnos sugerencias y sobre todo en el momento en que llegamos fue a buscarnos. Las camas y almohadas excelentes,, tv samrt, agua caliente y fría en todo momento, cocineta equipada, nos sentimos como en casa. El lugar excelentemente ubicado muy cerca de todo. Bastante recomendable.
