I booked this hotel for one night so that I could avoid the city traffic in the morning on my way to the airport. I was in Room 1 which was clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel is old but they have made an effort to maintain it. There are some interesting ceramics in the courtyard area which is nice and has comfortable seating. There is a shared dining room/kitchen area that is well-equipped and would be useful if you wanted to cook.
There were a couple of problems: wifi only worked in one corner of my room and the signal was very weak. The common areas of the hotel did not have functioning wifi either which was frustrating when trying to check on flights, get an uber, etc. One of the windows in Room 1 has old-fashioned glass shutters which do not close well. The sounds from the car park and courtyard were very loud and it was very noisy in my room. Another guest had parked their car directly outside my room which meant that when they were banging the car doors, talking and starting their engine, it was impossible to sleep. Their car was also blocking the footpath which made moving my heavy bags into my room very difficult. This could be easily solved if management: a) assigned the car parks more carefully and b) replaced the glass shutters with a solid pane of glass like the other window in the room has.
As other reviewers have noted, if you arrive late at night, the only option for food is the 7-11.
