Cleanliness was very poor, not in the room but in the aisles, some people put dishes on the floor (next to the door) and those remained the whole day. In the bathroom, one of the containers (body cream) was empty, i reported it twice and it was never refilled.

Having a place for medium size reunions and place to stay in the same spot was really nice
But need a better supervision on cleanliness of the bathroom and smell on the rooms

Took 2 hours to give me my room. Check in was at 3 and I wasnt given the key until 5. I had to be asking if the room was ready every 20 min Becuase they wouldn’t give me any updates

I have to ask for toilet paper, towels, etc the room was kind of fine until dark when the roaches came out they were bigger one night we killed about seven, and keep coming I asked for help they sent a man with the spray and take it away the I called again later about 2 a.m. and asked the spray be left on the room. the excuse was that the rooms have half tile and half carpet. I will never get back there.

The Pros: hotel is very nice and clean it is in a safe area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Cons: there is no refrigerator or microwave in room. Breakfast is not very good and is quite expensive.

The property is on a tight corner and hard entrance for Ubers.
The bad reviews are based off the room and not property location. The room had an old feel and the room was not pleasing. Light fixtures did not work. No matter how many times I flipped a switch or moved the notch and touched the bulb fixture, no lights in bathroom nor bed room. Only the main entrance light worked.
There were 2 locations in the room where the GFIs electric sockets did not work and could not charge my electronic devices. The spots the outlet worked were in bad spots away from study desk and arms reach.
Luckily I had the ability to make it work because I had brought adapters to charge in one place, it was complex and inconvenient but I made it work. The hotel just made it worse for me to enjoy my vacation.
I didn’t like the setup of the bathroom for many reasons. Lights did not work and I had leave the door open but then had to close it because the shower door opened out and not inward causing me not to have light in the shower.
The bathroom clogged on two occasions with normal use and would then flush normally after another try. The only nice part was the water was warm and I didn’t have to wait long to shower.
The property of the hotel needs a remodel and elevators should have key pass to deny entry to users for security purposes, i did not feel safe.
hotel food was good but both receptionist and waiter asked me for room number and name which I told them it was covered.

The room’ bathroom smelled like sewer all the time. Although the staff was friendly they didn’t know the hotel times for the restaurant to be opened. The hours for the restaurant are not as those published.

Al llegar nos dijeron que no tenían una de las habitaciones que reservamos.
El hotel tiene muy mal mantenimiento. En uno de los cuartos al abrir la llave del lavabo huele a caño. Del otro cuarto, salió una cucaracha de la coladera del baño. La puerta de la regadera no cerraba bien y el lavabo estaba tapado. El foco del closet no servía. La cortina de la ventana no cerraba bien.
No hicieron la limpieza de uno de los cuartos y el piso de la terraza y la alfombra estaban sucios.
El desayuno nos lo quisieron cobrar a pesar de que lo teníamos incluido en el costo de la habitación; los alimentos del buffet bastante regulares.
El servicio del restaurante de comidas es lentísimo; en servir una sopa se tardaron más de media hora.
El baño del restaurante de comidas está en malas condiciones y muy sucio, los WC se tardan en jalar y la llave de uno de los lavabos no servía.
El estacionamiento nos lo cobraron aparte.
Mala experiencia en general. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena.
Lástima de todo lo demás.

I slept really well. The breakfast was also amazing. Only thing was that my sisters’ cup had someone else’s lipstick on it on one of the days we came down for breakfast.

El staff es muy amable en todo momento atendieron mis necesidades muy rápido.
El hotel está muy bien ubicado en medio de dos centros comerciales que literalmente puedes caminar para llegar a ellos
El desayuno del restaurant no es del todo bueno.

Their listing says they offer Netlix. Nope. Their listing says they have laundry facilities. Nope. Their listing says they have a gift shop. Nope. These were all features that we really wanted.

Well this property was in good shape but you could tell it was older. It’s centrally located to several different plazas and if not a short taxi ride to other places. There vending machines did not work while I was there, and when I had breakfast it seemed like the staff was in a hurry to get rid of me. It could hav been a language barrier or something else I’m not sure but body language suggests they just wanted me gone. I’m not a rude person or anything. I had great service at dinner there and Francisco was really helpful in pointing me in the right direction, I lost my keycard but the staff was very accommodating in getting me a new one. The room was really nice and clean, although the cleaning staff took my 2nd keycard from the control pad and didn’t put it back. Nothing of mine was taken just the keycard they probably forgot. My overall experience was ok. They did take proper precautions for CoVid and I was happy for that. A nice place to stay.
