Two days for a work trip and this was a great choice! Here are some reasons: Convenient and free parking, friendly staff, free coffee in the lobby (various options), big rooms with kitchen and the rooftop pool is awesome!

Great hospital, couple restaurants around the hotel. The bed was very confortable, only things is that the restroom had some hairs on the floor, other tan that everything was great

Excelente opción en Guadalajara! Muy buen precio, buenas instalaciones, el hotel está ubicado en una plaza comercial llena de tiendas y restaurantes… El hotel está en una zona muy segura y el personal súper amable… definitivamente me vuelvo a quedar en este hotel en mi próxima visita a Guadalajara!

One of the very best.
Reasonable rate and exceeded expectations. Front desk super helpful & friendly and also spoke English. Snacks and drinks (alcohol as well) available to purchase in lobby as well as several food options in the attached retail plaza. Room was very clean and felt new and included kitchen with microwave and fairly large fridge. Nice outdoor pool on 3rd floor and gym available. Uber drivers found location easily. I almost never leave a review but this was such a pleasant experience I am. motivated to let others know.

Must stay place
Love that there is a plaza attached so if you don’t want to travel far you can walk right out of the hotel to the plaza. The hotel itself feels very safe and secure your have to have your room card to enter the hotel and elevator and they have free parking garage which is hard to find in the city. The staff was very friendly helpful and made check in/ out very easy. The room was very clean and beds really comfy. Would stay here next time I come

Good hotel.
I loved the hotel, but unfortunately, I didn’t get to stay more than 6hrs because Hotels.com changed my order to a King bed. the hotel was booked so they couldn’t offer me a room with 2 beds. They offered me an extra bed but that is not what I paid for so I couldn't accept that. I was forced to look for a different hotel in a country I don't know, I scrambled left to right at 11 pm finally I was able to get a hotel, it was traumatic. the Hospital staff and the hotel management were able to get my money back and I was able to book some other hotel. It happened again at the other hotel but they were understanding and helpful, they told me they don't know why these online sites show one thing and change them.
