I loved the hotel, but unfortunately, I didn’t get to stay more than 6hrs because Hotels.com changed my order to a King bed. the hotel was booked so they couldn’t offer me a room with 2 beds. They offered me an extra bed but that is not what I paid for so I couldn't accept that. I was forced to look for a different hotel in a country I don't know, I scrambled left to right at 11 pm finally I was able to get a hotel, it was traumatic. the Hospital staff and the hotel management were able to get my money back and I was able to book some other hotel. It happened again at the other hotel but they were understanding and helpful, they told me they don't know why these online sites show one thing and change them.
