"Everything was perfect!!!"

"The room was very spacious, the beds were firm which I wouldn't usually like but I slept well and the shower was unreal. Felt like our own personal sauna. The staff were lovely, I had talked to two male members of staff during my stay and they were both outstanding. Very knowledgeable, keen to help us explore and gave great travel advice, also very friendly and were always excited to hear what we had planned. The response I had when I said I was from New Zealand was nice to hear as well. Service is what made this an outstanding stay."

"The Exeter is in a perfect location for Reykjavik: close to everything you want to do but still quiet and cozy. They were having a Christmas Market in the garden with some great handmade items. The staff was incredibly helpful, including arranging for a taxi at 4:00 am for an early morning flight. The rooms are spare but very comfortable. The only thing I wish they had was more light."
