"Sehr gutes Hotel. Zentral gelegen Nähe S-Bahn, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Zimmer sind groß und mit gefülltem Kühlschrank ausgestattet, der täglich wieder nachgefüllt wird. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Zur Begrüßung wurde diesmal leider kein Champagner angeboten und bei der Endabrechnung gab es auch kleinere Probleme. Ansonsten alles top."

"This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"

"Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, große, sehr saubere Zimmer. Schöner Frühstücksraum. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man findet in der Nähe immer einen Parkplatz, auf dem das Auto stehen bleiben kann, während man Berlin mit dem (z.B. Next-)bike erkundet."

"Für ein preiswertes Budget-Hotel ganz ordentliche Leistung. Schöne Fassade, relativ neu. Frühstück angemessen in der Qualität und für heutige Verhältnisse ziemlich preiswert. Für das Reinigen der Zimmer muss man einen Code scannen - naja. Alles in allem gut!"

"Das Hotel ist in einem Jugendstil Bürgerhaus mit einem über 100 Jahre altem Aufzug. Der Aufenthalt war wie eine kleine Zeitreise. (Die Einrichtung der Zimmer hätte ruhig im Charme des Hauses sein können) Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer (Nr. 54)."

"We were unhappy with the aparthotel as there were a number of issues with the equipment in the room. When we arrived the microwave did not have a proper plate in it and would not work. We contacted reception who visited the room and brought a replacement plate. The member of staff did not know how the microwave worked. The microwave could NOT have been checked when the room was serviced. The air conditioning in the room was ineffective, we raised this with reception on a number of days and we...
