"A conveniently located hotel in the heart of Palermo. The room is clean, well kept, spacious, and comfortable. The staff is friendly, polite, helpful. They were kind enough to take out my car from the garage the night before, and had it waiting for us close by due to our early departure time. An excellent place to stay in Palermo!"

"this is a great hotel in the best location in the city with a lot of restaurants the staff is great location is safe and very close to main train station take the train from the airport very easy to use instead of paying 55-80euro to get into city...driving can take 55min with train can be less..the only downside to this hotel is you will not sleep in because there is a main yelling in the morning starting at 8am and it seems like it last all days..maybe some type tourism attraction nearby besides that everything is great"

"We were a family of 4, with 2 older teenagers. We had a 2 bedroom room. It was absolutely fine. Air con was great. The location is brilliant - 5 minute walk into the thick of things - and they offer secure parking for 20 euros a night, which was a god send! Very freindly staff and ENORMOUS breakfasts with a lot of variety. The pool/lounge/bar area is outside the hotel and down an alley... very secure and very quaint - lovely place. I would definitely stay here again."
