Property itself is outstanding and so is the location. One issue is that the pool staff are overly protective of the rules meaning they come up to families all around the pool and it can be conceived as rude

SUBSTANDARD ACCOMODATION

The reception staff were useless and very unhelpful. The swimming pool was not clean and could not be used the golf course was closed the location of accomodation was very good Very basic standard of accomodation...would not recommend to anyone

Unbelievably cramped

I booked and paid for two rooms but was only given one room. Despite protesting at reception I was advised that the booking was for a studio that had extra beds for children??? Language was a barrier and they refused to give me another room. As a result there were 3 single beds and a double for 6 people in one incredibly tiny room. Appalling.

their check-in time is only from 5pm to 7pm. They don't even have a number to call after those hours. We lost all our money. horrible customer service. Expedia should remove this place from their website.
