"Hotel was clean, nice area. Parking was expensive but you park in a garage underground and there’s a gate into the hotel lot which is very safe. Bathroom was a little dirty and phone in room didn’t work at all. Staff was very friendly and were readily available."

"Pleasant stay overall. Conveniently located in El Segundo - easy commute to/fro work place. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel provided free daily breakfast - simple yet sumptuous rotating between bacon, sausages, etc each other day. Front counter provided hot water, coffee, tea bags and hot cocoa for guests. Overall good experience. Be great if each room can still come with a kettle in addition to the coffee maker and optional for guests to receive disposable room slippers would made perfect...

"At the time of booking, it showed breakfast included but it was a surprise for me to see at checking that there was no breakfast included in the cost. Room was tidy except for a couple of hairs on the bedsbeet and some nails on the sofa bed."

Also like the free coffee and hot water that are available 24/7. I drink hot water so really appreciate the availability...Hotel staff are very friendly and the room is really clean. This hotel is always my first choice going to mainland. Thank you all and I really enjoyed my stay there."
