"The hotel itself was excellent, clean, comfortable. The rooms were great, amenities top-notch, and my stay overall was really enjoyable. However, the check-in experience was horrible. There was a massive line that took me almost 45 minutes, and nobody informed me that it was specifically for guests with flight cancellation vouchers. There were supposed to be two separate lines, and if staff had just communicated this, it would have saved a lot of frustration. I hope the hotel improves this...

"This was a very nice hotel. It's close to downtown. Easy to get to shopping. Alot of restaurants near by. Its safe, clean, real nice. The little details were very elegant. It is pricey though as far as room service and snacks for sale. I didn't like that they didn't have a way to warm your food up. You have to pay $10 a night for a microwave, which it should've had anyway. But that was my knly problem. Other than that good place to stay while enjoying Cali. Definitely recommend. If i ever...

"Airport shuttle runs ever 30 minutes. Easy to use. It is a nice hotel but security needs to monitor noise levels after 11 or 12 pm so that travellers can get some sleep. It shouldn't be my duty to run after security to monitor noise levels (especislly after 40+ hours of flying & travelling through airports). The hotel had low occupancy yet they put noise clients right next to us. The walls are way to thin. TV was blasting until 3:36 am. Our alarm to get up to head to the airport was for 3:45 am....
