"There was not an airport shuttle, getting an uber was easy though. The hotel is the perfect location which makes up for the rooms needing upgrades."

"Charming beachside hotel with the pier right out the front door! Can’t get much closer to the beach than that. Multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance, seaside vibes for sure. Comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, ample parking, friendly staff."

"I would highly recommend not staying at this motel. This is the most nasty motel and I have pictures to prove it. My daughter ended up sick and now she has a doctor appointment with her doctor. I will be reaching out to the head office of Expedia about this motel. Worst vacation ever. This was our last vacation with our son before he goes off to college and I kept apologizing to my kids about the motel room and the nasty pools and hot tubs. Never again will I stay at this motel again."

I was coming from Tennessee and my sister was coming from North Carolina and we could only park one car on the property. Having to find parking for another car is just crazy. She shouldn’t be working as a customer service because she don’t have no good skill serving customers. "The room was recently renovated and it was pretty clean. I enjoyed the beach view. I got a room with a kitchenette which was nice too. The sliding glass door was very hard to open. The bathroom could have used some type of hooks to hang towels and clothes, it would have been helpful if the kitchen are had more lighting. The staff were nice. "Room upon check in: dirty sheets, had to change them ourselves. Crazy thing is, I wonder how long the out of order and renovation sorry for the inconvenience flyers have been posted. Staff: lazy but informative since I was handed a plunger & had to plunge a toilet that no one staying with me clogged. Parking: extremely unsafe, multiple homeless or drug addicts smoking at the entrance under the awning or just aimlessly wondering around. I say this in the nicest way possible but they never came...

"The breakfast left much to be desired. Prepared foods are nice, but some of them when reconstituted were not all that good. In addition, the air conditioner in room 209 did not always work. It would shut off in the middle of the night, leaving the room, very stale"

"The rooms are really old and need updating. Unfortunate that we could not get housekeeping daily with spending over 200 per night because we didn't stay for 7 days. Had to ask for more soap, towels, shampoo, etc. Great location and restaurant staff were awesome. Room is a 5 and location is a 10."
