Very good hotel, I would recommend. I didn't rated to the max (1 to 5 rating is not enough margin) because I'm not a fan of concrete finish, and you need to go through the Shower in order to access the sink and toilet, but the rest was perfect and staff at reception very friendly

Don’t do with a car. No place to pull in for check in. Narrow confusing streets. Parking NOT on site, but rather a block away. Interesting though quirky design. Nice staff. Very basic dinner menu. Location good for many things, with exceptions as noted.

Excellent stay! Stayed for 4 nights. The 24-hour lounge is a very nice amenity and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay here again when I'm in Grenoble. Merci beaucoup for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Just wonderful! The staff, the large room (not the basic), the hotel location, the club, the breakfast. No onsite parking, but there's public parking nearby (special rates via the hotel). Highly recommended.

Had planned to stay for one night but it was so pleasant I stayed for 5! Lovely relaxez atmosphere, nice clean room and a decent area that was near the centre but very calm. Highly recommended.

Beautiful boutique hotel the staff was so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are small but comfortable. I love the artistic design of the bathroom also. Get a higher floor and the views are magnificent. The only drawback was it’s proximity to the light rail.

The toilets are in a glass box inside the bedroom with a few louvre slats. You have to pass through a shower to reach the toilet/sink. You can use the toilet while maintaining eye contact with your friends in the main room. Even better, turning the light on in the toilet at night is like appearing on stage and floods the bed with light. This is a hotel for single people / designed by an idiot.

A pleasant stay in this hotel

Solo stay for 3 nights on holiday. Some very good points - the breakfast room being available all day and night for free coffee in a very spacious, attractive room is a big positive. The staff are all very helpful and attentive. Location is good being 15 minutes from the heart of the city and with shops only yards away on Rue Hoche. The negatives for me were the car parking being inconvenient in a multistorey facility across the road. The inconvenient door for the shower room/bathroom - having to step over the shower area to use the toilet ! The bare concrete wall in my room gave it a very unattractive look and feel. Also the safe didn't work even though the maintenance person changed the batteries on the day i arrived. The following day it failed again.

Sorry, you failed!

A fantastically nice hotel with a fantastic service-oriented staff, with one important exception. Unfortunately, the breakfast service lowers the overall rating considerably. You pay extra for breakfast. Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 10:00. We arrived at the breakfast room at 08:15. By then the bacon and scrambled eggs were already gone. The breakfast staff apologized and said unfortunately there were no more. At 08:30 the small plastic jars of yogurt were gone and at 08:45 the croissants were gone, as well as most of the bread. We waited for refills for more than 15 minutes but nothing came. There was chatter and laughter from the kitchen as we left. There was too little of everything, refills were too slow or absent altogether and the breakfast staff were disinterested in their work and provided no service. It pissed me off and I left in a bad mood. Not a great way to start your day!!
